Working with the assistantCreating New AccountThere are 2 types of accounts that you can create: “Remote Storage” and “Local Storage”.
This is not the password of the email account. This is the master password that LogOnce uses to Encrypt the information and protect it. It is important that you choose a strong password and remember it because LogOnce does not provide “I forgot my password” option. If you choose the “Local Storage” option you just need to choose password to protect your information. LoginIf you have “Remote Storage” account (see “Creating New Account”) you need to provide both email and password in order to get theinformation from the remote server. If you have “Local Storage” (i.e. you have the information with you on a file) check the “Use File” checkbox and browse for the file. then fill the master password and press “login”. Viewing LogLinkIf the LogLink belongs to a group, select the group from the dropdown list and select the LogLink from the second dropdown list.Otherwise select “No Group” from the dropdown list and select the LogLink from the second dropdown list. Once you selected a LogLink you will see its details in the box below. You have the following options:
Automatic CompletionYou can install the bookmark called "LogOnce Player". by doing so you can click on the bookmark when you are at the login pageyou want to complete and if information exist it will be filled automatically. For installation of the bookmark click on the Install Bookmarklets label in the main screen and follow the instructions. Adding LogLinkClick the plus button .
Add the details of the LogLink.
Press Ok .You can also add new LogLink by clicking on the "LogOnce Recorder" bookmark in the login page itself. For installation of the bookmark click on the Install Bookmarklet label in the main screen and follow the instructions. After you fill the username and password at the website that you want to "record", just press the "LogOnce Recorder" bookmark and the following window will pop-up (if you have popup blocker make sure it allows this window). Make sure all the detailes are correct and press "OK". Removing LogLinkClick the minus button
and confirm. This will remove the LogLink permanently.
Editing LogLinkClick the edit button

Change the details.
Press “OK”.
Saving your dataWhen you are working with “Remote Storage” (see “Creating New Account”) each operation you do on your data (Add/Remove/Edit) is automatically saved.At any time you can extract the data to a file by using the “Save File” button. When you are working with “Local Storage” (see “Creating New Account”) the changes are saved when you logout. You can also choose to save the information at any time using the “Save File” button.
